Terms of Service

Bookings and confirmation

A booking or quote request holds your requested time. It becomes a confirmed appointment when we confirm by text or email. We may adjust the quoted price after seeing the home if the size or condition differs from what was described; we will always tell you before we start.

Pricing and payment

Prices are flat rates by home size plus any add-ons you choose, as listed on our Services page, and may exclude Minnesota sales tax where applicable. Payment is due when the cleaning is complete. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and card.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule free with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations or lockouts (we arrive and cannot get in) may incur a $40 fee.

Access and safety

Please secure pets, valuables, and firearms, and tell us about any hazards. We will not move heavy furniture, clean biohazards, or climb beyond a 2-step stool.

Our guarantee

If anything's missed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it free. Report issues within 24 hours of the cleaning.

Damage

We treat your home with care. If something is damaged during a cleaning, tell us within 24 hours and we will make it right. Pre-existing damage, wear, and items not disclosed as fragile are excluded.
