Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave a key, garage code, or lockbox. You always know who is in your home: the same trusted cleaner each visit, never a stranger.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring everything. If you prefer we use your products (for allergies or a specific brand), just tell us.
Is my online booking a confirmed appointment?
Booking through our calendar holds the time slot. We confirm by text or email within one business day, and we will reach out if we have any questions about scope or price.
How does pricing work?
Our prices are flat rates by home size, shown on the Services page. Add-ons are listed separately. If your home is larger or needs extra attention, we quote before we start, never after.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean the missed area for free. That is our guarantee.
